Make a difference in a child’s life!

Broker’s Benefiting Kids is a fundraiser in partnership with the Denver Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation and the commercial brokerage community within Colorado that is dedicated to improving the life for at-risk and disadvantaged children in the Denver area and throughout Colorado.

Held every fall, and currently in it’s 19th year, Broker’s Benefiting Kids (BBK) has raised over $4 million that has been granted out to deserving children’s charities.

With participation from numerous commercial brokerage companies and industry partners to include CB Richard Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, Land Title Insurance Corporation, 1st Bank and Sand Construction the participants raise money during the summer to fund a competitive team. During the fall, all the teams then get together to participate in sporting events which will then determine the BBK champion for the year.

Once the funds are received, they are matched by the grant partners of the Denver Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation and distributed out to help abused and neglected foster care children through the and to provide academic counselling and life skill mentoring through Denver Kids, Inc. and Colorado I Have a Dream.
