Broker’s Benefiting Kids (BBK) is a fundraising event mixed with friendly competition for the commercial brokerage community in Colorado. Any brokerage company, vendor or affiliated company can participate in and sponsor the event. The competitive event will be held on Thursday, October 13th, from 4:30 PM until 7:30 PM at the Wynkoop Brewery in downtown Denver. Based on the amount each sponsor raises, they will be entitled to the following benefits.
Hall of Fame Sponsorship ($5,000+)
Your company logo will appear in all the Denver Business Journal (DBJ) and Colorado Real Estate Journal (CREJ) advertisements for BBK. Your logo will also receive prominent positioning on the BBK brochure, social media blogs, and website. Your company will also have two (2) teams of 4 at main event plus admission for 30 individual spectators. The TV screens at the Wynkoop will display your company’s logo and marketing videos.
All-Star Sponsorship ($2,500)
Your company name will prominently appear in all the DBJ and CREJ advertisements for BBK. Your name will also receive upper level positioning on the BBK brochure, social media blogs, and website. Your company will also have one (1) team of 4 at main event plus admission for 25 individual spectators.
Platinum Sponsorship ($1,500)
Your company name will appear in two (2) of the DBJ and CREJ advertisements for BBK as well as being listed on the BBK website. You will also receive admission for 20 individual spectators to the main event (with no team).
Gold Sponsorship ($1,000)
Your company name will appear in one (1) of the DBJ all CREJ advertisements for BBK as well as being listed on the BBK website. You will also receive admission for 20 individual spectators to the main event (with no team).
Silver Sponsorship ($500)
Your company name will appear in all CREJ advertisements for BBK as well as being listed on the BBK website. You will also receive admission for 15 individual spectators to the main event (with no team).
All sponsor packages will receive:
- Networking opportunities with 250+ commercial real estate and related industry professionals
- Competition in pool, darts, shuffle board (for sponsors with teams)
- Two weeks prior to the event, the Wynkoop will post flyers throughout their building recognizing the sponsors
- Each attendee will receive complimentary appetizers and two drink tickets per person
The incentive for each company to raise money and to compete in the tournament is that at the end of the event, the winning competitive team and the top fundraising company will be able to determine which of the three charities supported will receive 25% of all funds raised from the event. The remaining 50% of the funds raised will be distributed to the three charities.
